These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between wagipluss ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") and any individual ("you," "your," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the wagipluss online gaming platform available at wagipluss.org. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on wagipluss, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

wagipluss is an online casino and gaming platform designed for Filipino players, offering live dealer games, slot machines, bingo, and sports betting services. The Platform operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming activities.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the wagipluss Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and wagipluss. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the wagipluss platform.

To register and use wagipluss, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of wagipluss or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from wagipluss or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any recognized responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

wagipluss reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wagipluss may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active account on wagipluss. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering on wagipluss, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. wagipluss is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wagipluss login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. wagipluss will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any third party who has obtained access to your credentials — is your sole responsibility.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws in the Philippines, wagipluss is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on wagipluss are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. wagipluss accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are generally credited to your wagipluss account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. wagipluss reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawal processing times average 15 to 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

wagipluss reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending KYC verification requirement. wagipluss will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay to the affected account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on wagipluss are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). wagipluss does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside wagipluss's control. wagipluss is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

wagipluss offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all wagipluss bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• wagipluss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.

By participating in any game on wagipluss, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on wagipluss use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. 6.2 Technical Malfunctions

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on wagipluss cover PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and other sporting events. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. wagipluss reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules in cases of event cancellation, postponement, or other exceptional circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wagipluss and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on wagipluss.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from third-party payment accounts.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wagipluss staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to wagipluss's systems, databases, or other users' accounts.

wagipluss is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all its players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all wagipluss account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from wagipluss. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net gaming activity during your session.

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the wagipluss Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering on wagipluss, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services. wagipluss will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law.

All content on the wagipluss platform — including but not limited to the wagipluss brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wagipluss or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wagipluss platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any wagipluss content without prior written authorization from wagipluss.

Any unauthorized use of wagipluss's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wagipluss's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wagipluss account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wagipluss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if wagipluss has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

wagipluss does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. wagipluss shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

wagipluss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if wagipluss reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, wagipluss may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation of these Terms, wagipluss reserves the right to forfeit all or part of your account balance in accordance with the nature and severity of the violation.

You may close your wagipluss account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

wagipluss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wagipluss will notify registered account holders via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the wagipluss platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the wagipluss website at wagipluss.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall limit wagipluss's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
